About this tour
Tucked into the hills outside Montego Bay, this working herb and animal farm is a window into traditional Jamaican country life. Stroll through gardens of pimento, ginger, turmeric, soursop and dozens of medicinal plants while your guide explains how each is used in local cooking and bush medicine.
Then meet the animals — goats, donkeys, pigs and chickens — and enjoy a fresh herbal tea tasting under the trees. A calm, grounding alternative to the high-adrenaline tours.
