These terms govern bookings made through tajaydontours.com and experiences operated by Tajay Don Tours JA. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by email or WhatsApp and your deposit (when required) has been received. Payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD. Any remaining balance is due at pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & refunds
We require at least one month notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee of 100% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full service amount. Thank you for respecting our team's time.
Round-trip transportation
Complimentary round-trip transportation is included with every tour and package from all major resort areas (Montego Bay, Negril, Runaway Bay, Ocho Rios and Falmouth). Your driver will confirm the pickup window via WhatsApp the evening before. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the agreed time.
Conduct & safety
Guests must follow all safety instructions from guides and drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the point of endangering themselves or others, with no refund.
Assumption of risk
Outdoor and water-based activities carry inherent risks. By participating, guests assume those risks. Tajay Don Tours JA, its drivers and partner operators are not liable for personal injury, illness, or property loss except where caused by gross negligence on our part.
Children & age restrictions
Specific age, weight and health restrictions are noted on each tour page. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Changes to bookings
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent vehicles, guides or itineraries when necessary due to weather, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
