The fine print
Pickup
Setup begins in the late afternoon. We coordinate your arrival time directly via WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
Age restrictions
All ages welcome. Children must be supervised around candles and any fire show performance.
Cancellation policy
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before your date. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the 20% deposit. Weather-related changes are always free.

How far in advance should I book?▾
We recommend at least 7 days in advance so we can secure the beach, florals, balloons and your personalized sign.
Can I choose my balloon colors?▾
Yes — you can pick your colors in the booking notes. We'll match them as closely as possible.
Is food included?▾
The base price covers the full decorated setup, ambiance and service. Menu and beverages are quoted separately based on your guest count and preferences.
Can we add a fire show?▾
Yes — choose Small ($550) or Large ($850) as an upgrade on this page. Fire shows are only available combined with the dinner package.
What if it rains?▾
We monitor weather closely and will reschedule or move to a covered beachfront alternative at no extra charge.
